Fast pace, constant change, and lots room to do interesting things if you thrive in chaos. A great place for a self starter with outstanding political and social skills.
Cons
Management tries very hard but, is in a constant state of chaos. They are undertrained and suffer from overwork and high stress. Most of this is due to their poor organizational and time management skills. This unfortunately reflects back to employees as poor leadership, unprofessional behavior, indecisiveness, and very little capability to support their employees. on the cost cutting. Don't expect a raise If your not good at office politics don't come here, you will not survive!
