      Racist place of employment

      I encountered some very genuine counter parts

      Management was very racist against African Americans. Caucasians were transferred to other departments while African Americans are let go!

      Not many. I am struggling to find any. Big system maybe?

      Cons

      Run as fast as you can. The pay is the lowest in our industry, and we rarely get raises. The management is terrible, and have horrible communication skills. They make mistakes all the time and blame it on their staff. The customer service scores are TERRIBLE as well, and doctor communication is terrible. Everyone I know is unhappy and looking for a new job ASAP. West Bloomfield is the worst, and the senior leadership team (including CEO) are incompetent and need to GO. I can't wait to find a new job.

      Not one I can think of to be honest. Management is one of the worst groups as a whole I have ever encounter during my 40 years of working!

      Cons

      Work culture is one of hostility and nepotism. They promote on friendship to other managers, not most qualified. Stay away from this place, believe me thee are many much more employee friendly places to work out there.
