Smaller hospitals in system tend to cancel your shift quite often. Some equipment outdated in main hospital. Need to keep in contact with staffing over phone to get hours sometimes. There is online scheduling but they are so busy, you tend to get hours you need easier if you call. No ongoing education. Feel left out when there are changes to policies or new products being used because you do not have a set department you are working with.

Below standard compensation, poor health benefits. Culture is non supportive and promotes horizontal hostility. Miserable place to work with no advancement opportunities unless you are in a click with management
