Leadership and some of the amazing co workers I have had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Like any job there are a ton of different personalities and leadership styles and they do not always mesh well. But the benefits far out weigh the cons Some positions do not have options as you move up. The #of positions available drop dramatically as you move up. Which is great for retention but can leave some stagnant in their current role.

Every few years, they seem to make significant changes which tend to affect managers employment. Sometimes, they get let go just because upper management personnel were changed and they have different ideas and personality interest.
