      Great management, and enjoy all of the people I work with. I also find great joy in assisting our customers.

      This position will require working after hours and over the weekend from time to time.

      First year guarantee pay is good. Constant turnover can create opportunities

      Cons

      More concerned with how it’s done then the results. There is an atmosphere of distrust from management to sales reps. Sales managers always want to know where you are and what you are doing. This happens regardless of the numbers you produce or how far over goal you are. Everyone seems to be on edge and paranoid.

      The hiring process does take long so you have to be patient for an answer. This process should be improved for future hires.
