Pros
I love working at Herc Rentals. I got hired right out of college and in my short time I've learned so much and have already gained a lot of experience. The best thing so far is the training programs that set you up for a lot of success. Our truest value is "we're in this together," not one person has declined to help. It's a good feeling working for a great company that employs amazing people.
Cons
Not that I consider this a con, but availability is very important in this industry. We pride ourselves for our great customer service, so being available is important. The rental world never stops!
