      Great Company to Work for Overall

      Pros

      great vacation time, pto, benefits, and salary, if you put in the effort, someone within the company (VPs, Recruiters, Managers, etc.) will seek you out and find the best spot/growth opportunities for you.

      Cons

      Management's extent of diversity seems to lean towards the 'white-male in khaki pants' - when looking to hire up the ladder - especially when out in the sales rep positions and branch management positions. while females do work in the industry, it is much more rare to see them out in the field - as they tend to do more 'office' based work.
