      Great benefits and opportunity for growth and development.

      Cons

      Too many layers of Management with opportunistic individuals doing whatever it takes at whomever's cost to better themself no matter how it affects the employees they are so called managing.

      Great Branch Manager and branch level support staff

      Very little training. Very cutthroat business. Runs out of equipment to rent which can negatively impact your performance

      It is very laid back and in you can get by if you do a very minimum amount of work

      Cons

      HR is not going to help you resolve any of the issues, If you have good ideas, management probably will reject it because they don't wanna be taking extra steps Pay is too low Unskilled, uneducated, old-fashioned management Big time favoritism in the company, basically no way for promotion unless management likes you YOUR PERFORMANCE IS GOING TO BE MEASURED BY AMOUNT OF HOURS YOU SIT ON THE CHAIR, NOT ACTUAL OUTCOMES high-performance people are leaving because of no growth
