Weekly pay and well above minimum wage

Cons

Salespeople are rewarded with cruises after the quality teams are eliminated, resulting in thousands of dollars in mistakes because of that without any kind of accountability. Yet on the other end we’re being nitpicked over a 3 dollar error. The rest of us are told if we continue to work hard we *might* get a raise and bonuses aren’t even an option. The rewards I’ve ever received from being one of the so called most valued employees are paper certificates, gift cards and dollar store trophies.
