Pros

Learn and gain experience faster than working at a local branch, better opportunity to grow career or maybe gain visibility at the region level

Cons

If you work at a large city airport, expect 10-12 hour days constantly having to find someone to cover callouts or doing it yourself. Dealing with Karen's all day In a day you might yelled at, drive to the airport, clean a car, handle complaints, spend 3 hours on Excel or PowerPoint, or run a mornin meeting It can be a very thankless job

Pros

Amazing team at location to work with. Loyal, dedicated, hard working.

Cons

Toxic, vindictive upper management. Double standard, huge be favoritism. Constant micro management. No praise or staff appreciation. Staff were advised they are all a number and everybody was replaceable.
