Tough, competitive industry that can be difficult and demanding for the people who work in it. Company can be strit for people who do not perform well

Company vehicle, quarterly bonuses, quick career advancement.

Cons

Zero work-life balance. Pushed through training quick. Trained by employees rather than managers. 10-12 hrs days almost everyday.

Pros

Car privileges and a nice bonus if you truly luck out. Gas is paid for. Health benefits are provided but expensive.

Cons

Always understaffed, base pay is low, long hours, comp plan is convoluted and structure is ALWAYS changing to save payouts.
