Pros

Customer service and free rental car.

Cons

Literally as a Location Manager at the Austin Bergstrom International Airport you make $450 a week after taxes, working between 12 to 14 hours a day, sometimes just one day off a week, that's LESS than the minimum wage, also you have to clean 15-20 cars everyday and on top of that you never have time for lunch breaks. I wonder how does the upper management expect from the location managers perform their job right without any meal during their 12/14hrs shift. I'm TOTALLY serious about this. Bonuses never happen. They really take advantage from managers at this location, maybe other locations are different, also poor working conditions, no work and life balance. It's not worth it.
