Pros

Upper management really does seem to care and the environment is pleasant and respectful. Co-workers are a friendly group and everyone really tries to carry their weight.

Cons

Salaries and benefits are less than other for-profit educational companies in the area. Too much casualness leads to favoritism and the wrong people getting promotions. This has negatively affected morale. The company's intentions are good, but they need to increase the professionalism of their managers and standardize and oversee management practices more.
