This was my first company of my career, and oh boy, i enjoyed working here, and the great leanings i had here. Super Culture Great Knowledgeable People....though brain drain underway

Board makes too many mistakes..again and again [Bad selection of CEO,Acquiring Companies he list is long]

Pros

I'm just focusing on Outsourcing Services organisation that will be soon spin-off and merged with CSC into a new company. If you are lucky and have the ability to be in the right department in the right moment (and maybe with a good manager), you will gain an expertise and professionalism that few other companies can offer to you. Programs or projects are at least Regional or multi Country wide and thus give you the opportunity to work within large and complex environments. Benefits are interesting even if depending from the country where you are based. And in most of the cases you are responsible for your work/life balance and can work from home.

Cons

VP, Managers and employees are just gears of the great game. The Company and his shareholders is the priority number 1. So do not plan to stay here for all your working life. Sooner or later you will loose the wave and your career will stuck or you will be moved to a muddy "strategic partner" company or just kicked off. Generally speaking Salaries and bonuses are under the average and career path not always is the expected one. Big cons CSC Spin/Merge, at least for who is looking to go in the IT Outsourcing Services.
