The company made a whole lot of promises and did not fulfill, they sold the dream in recruiting. The managers expected people to change their whole lives around work commitment. A lot of bullying in the work place from management, employees fearful of going into work. Heavily micromanaged, in leadership meetings Ops Manager shut down and contribution and expected people to work just as hard as him. They expected 365/24/7 with low pay.
