Their new building near ghansoli station, infrastructure is good.

Cons

All other things are bad about the company, pay is below industry level, raise is almost negligible, you wll have to do overtime for more than 2 hrs everyday with no extra pay. Your variable pay is gone even if you take one sick leave. They remove people when work flow is less in end year, so no job security at all. Frankly speaking, you are keeping your happiness at stake.
