The pay is definitely competitive for the field and the people are great to work with.

Cons

The schedule is a driving factor in why attrition spikes from time to time. With frequent shifts from Days to Nights, your sleep schedule is thrown out of wack more often than not and your time spent at home can be minimal when mandatory overtime gets high.
