      Being sexual harrased, discriminate, dismissed during the notice period and treated badly till I resigned my role.

      Pension was good. Environment was friendly enough. Shares scheme available.

      Cons

      Slowly retracting benefits and increasing the workload New recruit salaries growing but this is dwarfing the longer serving employee salaries. Do not communicate pay grade scales so you don't know what you should or could be earning.
