many: money, benefits, retirement pkg and health benes

Cons

Empty promises, lack of communication and you can give co. your 100% doing a great job on performance and all testing requirements ... doesnt matter. If they feel you are different (diabled or gay you are a goner) No offers to transfer for perhaps better fit if they truly feel you are not in the right place.

Cons

Each site generally operates independently, and there is not a strong corporate connection to the company itself. Systems and processes are not common, making inter-plant interactions complicated.
