Communication with employees and preferential treatment of some employees by management. Managers are oblivious to their preferential treatment and can be defensive when questioned

Over-collaborative atmosphere sometimes feels like too many cooks in the kitchen, hinders progress. Corporate communication is not always timely to lower ranks

Good wage. Steady work where you dont have to worry about job security. Most of the people you work with are good people others a lazy and benefit from who they know.

Cons

Terrible management that wouldnt be successful at Mcdonalds. They promote and cover up terrible employees because they are their "friends". Lack of defined leadership hurts production.
