      Great people, mediocre pay, awful management

      Pros

      Friendly people, good facilities (though some are outdated), cafeteria on site

      Cons

      Pay is not great. Recruited at PhD level but paid (and treated) like I only had a Bachelor. Management could use some training in dealing with people with different working/communication styles.
