      The Pay is decent. Better as a single person with no kids

      Cons

      Little diversity. Mainly Polynesian. No respect from management. Hard to move from the fiber lines to management or office positions. Hard on family life

      Pros

      The pay is great for the job. When you add in the overtime you make significantly more. You can get 1 full week off per month on top of the standard days off.

      Cons

      The dupont schedule requires you to switch from days to graves each block of shifts. Youll be standing on concrete for the majority of your shift. The buildings get hot in the summer and you have to wear fire resistant coveralls making it even hotter. You can get forced for overtime.
