I’ve had the opportunity to work with some great people. From those on the production floor to upper management. People are open and willing to work with and speak to you. Managers are present on the production floor and have a great open door policy. Safety and quality are discussed daily at all levels.

Cons

Behind the times when looking to use available technology to simplify processes and systems.
