      Not the best, but not the worst

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Hexcel and the people I got to work with. The benefits and pay were probably the best I have seen in the Salt Lake Valley.

      Cons

      Turned into a good ole boy club, deserving people not being promoted or selected for positions they applied. HR controlled too much of the daily employee interaction. Micro management became the norm over time.

      Pay was decent as a contractor. Friendly people, Lunch was brought in lots for the projects I worked on.

      Older buildings, chemical smell outside and in some buildings
