Very good benefits, lots of growth opportunities is you are willing to move around, rapidly growing company, stable business.

Cons

mandatory overtime, high pressure, no back ups while you are gone, can be hard to take vacation.

Great products and technology, cool markets. Will give you a lot of work quickly, great place to start career

Management is poor at communicating clear goals for your growth as an employee. Compensation is mediocre with a larger amount heavily concentrated at the top - like many firms. They are quick to hire from the outside but not promote from within.
