work is challenging and keeps your on your feet

Cons

the company is not aware of diversity and inclusion therefore does not promote it within the company. some staff are ignorant to other peoples beliefs and cultures because of this. company responded to this by saying "we are old fashioned". too much work culture without any social or motivational aspects. underpaid no progression
