      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Friendly working environment. Great working conditions. Management listens to the employees. Great hourly job promotional opportunities for the hourly employee population.

      Cons

      There are few growth opportunities for salaried employees. It is quite difficult for hourly employees to be promoted into salaried jobs.

      Flexible management. Laid back work atmosphere. Opportunities do exist more production operators to learn more jobs and area of plant.

      Cons

      High Healthcare deductibles. Must be met. If yuou do night like a alternative work schedule. Not place for you. Jobs can become repetition after a while. Lot on on your feet.

      -Coded structure -No room for improvement -Preferencial employees -Competencies are not taken in consideration -No chances for opinions -Hierarchy is horizontal instead of vertical -Managers are focused on production (which is a good thing) but are not interessted in other related department -Power given to incompetent individuals
