Even though today they laid off the newest or worst employees on the teams they do not value, they do it amateurishly. Bonus structure for the team is a tragedy -- worse once they promote you to a manager. $800 and change after taxes is a bang-up year. --The squandered money from the tax cuts businesses got last year -- no trickle down at all. -
