Pros

It was great when I started here, I’m not sure what changed with the higher ups. Rewarding working with clients. Knowledgable and amazing therapists. Typical pay for mental health gig in the area.

Cons

Suddenly lacked support within the last year, high turn over rates, and unrealistic work expectations. Unable to hire more staff and instead place all the excessive work on current staff. No one clearly communicates with staff because they are entirely too busy and burnt out. Not many opportunities for growth.

You get experience with a wide range of diagnoses' not normally scene in private practice.

Cons

Over worked, underpaid, with a gross amount of responsibility and no support from supervisors. Staff quit in large waves about every 2 years.
