- DISCRIMINATION is a thing here, and they will make you feel more uncomfortable when you express that you are feeling discriminated against, instead of being interested in your experiences. - They talk/gossip about the clients. They will call the clients “a**hole” and “b*tch” and use f words in the team meetings. If you don’t feel comfortable to use the same kind of words to discuss the clients, then they will make you feel isolated. - They appear to be supportive and caring but if you really ask for help you will know it’s a lie. - Manager/Lead micromanage TOO MUCH that she will ask you to not use the restroom for 4 hours straight. - They have double standards to normal coworkers and the coworkers they like. And they will talk sh*t about you in the back. - They ask you to work overtime, and when you don’t , they will be unhappy.
