Pros

You are a lifeguard, it is a pretty laid back job where you just help where you can. I worked very hard at this job, messed around too, and got promoted fairly easily and every year.

Cons

The supervisor who I will not name, was a very mean woman. It is kind of sad they take advantage of the internationals working for them, as they barely get sleep, the sleeping arrangements are awful, and they are constantly working.

The company takes care about the pool and its safety . Also the employees are well trained and experiences people.

Cons

International employyes are discrimanated instead of Us emloyees. If some us emloyee break the company rule, he wont be punished. On the other side international employee will be immediately.
