Great learning ground, seems like plenty of opportunities as it is a large company. Solid leadership. Potential to be a great work environment.

Cons

Real long hours 10-12 regularly (at my property at least) lack of direction- they could do a better job on training and/or communicating procedures and daily responsibilities with management staff. Benefits are mid.
