Pros

I can't think of one. In an industry known for it's long hours and thankless management this place takes it to a new level.

Cons

They are basically slum lords - they will spend no money to repair their hotels. They radically oversell the hotels causing needless stress every night when guests show up. Employees are treated like "family" which just means they can heap abuse on them. Management and staff are expected to work hundreds of hours a week.

Structure, and culture are good. Great Advancement opportunities. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

Overly focused on repetitive paperwork. Hiring and termination are very difficult regardless of circumstance.

Cons

No work life balance, short staffed, no appreciation. If you don’t want to have a life this place is great for you. No support from upper management
