Worst management Ever! Everyone yet No One is the "Boss". Communication is Awful. Bad management equals bad team work. The list goes on and on. I was "promoted" but only 2 days a week and then threatened to have it taken away because I asked questions.

Pros

I can't think of one. In an industry known for it's long hours and thankless management this place takes it to a new level.

Cons

They are basically slum lords - they will spend no money to repair their hotels. They radically oversell the hotels causing needless stress every night when guests show up. Employees are treated like "family" which just means they can heap abuse on them. Management and staff are expected to work hundreds of hours a week.
