Pros

Very data/reports/market driven. Leaders are very knowledgeable and resourceful. They have high expectations on your deliverables and rely on them to perform their analysis. Great company environment of winning the market share and grow revenue for hotels. The company is aggressive with expansion and acquisitions. Another big culture is that the company trains you to be ready for the next career move. Great career advancement if you are good at what you doing and are willing to learn by taking additional responsibilities.

Cons

Can be overwhelmingly stressful during busy seasons. Also it's a norm to give up part of your personal life to work longer hours. But it's a New York based company. The general external environment plays a role in the cons as well.
