Pros

I love working for Highgate. My GM is great. I love the culture the company cultivates. My team has been awesome. The leadership team genuinely works well together. Work life balance is an ongoing struggle, but most of it is my doing, not the company. I feel like my voice is heard and my opinion is valued. All the associates are really nice and so focused on the guest experience.

Cons

I wish we had more area hotels, but we have expanded in the last few years. Looking forward to more growth.

Free lunch, free lunch , free lunch

Cons

Management is always trying to find ways to cut people hours , cheap with money , it's all business no care about the staff , just work till your knees give out ,, plus our discount code didn't work and the HR never said a thing to us smh...

Very secretive; singularly focused on bottom line; everybody is expendable; often a very substandard product to the guests. Manipulative. HR-centric.
