Pros

Benefits, however, I feel most companies in the industry offer the same benefits.

Cons

The lack of information upper management shares with middle management regarding future goals is disappointing. Long hours and shifting schedules has been difficult when seeking a positive work life balance. I feel Highgate will do anything to save a dollar. For example; Highgate would rater reduce hours, cut jobs and still expect a high level of customer service with depleted line staff. The added stress to middle management is directly correlated to Highgate's unwillingness to provide proper staffing levels needed to maintain quality service.
