Dumb and dumber

Pros

The benefits package is great. It includes health, dental, vision. Most people are friendly. More than average hourly pay rate. Can be great depending on who manages.

Cons

There are too many chiefs. There are many meetings about the same stuff over and over again. It takes a really long time to get anything done. HIgh turn around for employees. Most managers don't do anything and are not calm on the floor.

Pros

The people that I was able to work with really challenged me in the most positive ways. They taught me to grow and really supported me.

Cons

It is not really a "con" but the expectation levels are extremely high. if you can't take the heat then get out of the kitchen.
