Save The Children fundraising is a company wide biannual event.

Cons

Zero work-life balance, you will not be appreciated for anything - only told to Do More! This company DOES NOT value the guest, they only want more money from them. Cut, Cut, Cut and Cut some more - they do not put any money into the hotels nor try to provide guests with comfort and cutting edge amenities.

Culture is great when you are 'wanted'. Lots of lunches and events to partake in. Company continues to grow on the backs of a revolving workforce

Senior corporate management makes hasty and poor decisions. It is expected to work tirelessly, but associates are tossed aside when they are not needed.
