No support from higher ups Alot of do this with no training or details Accounting is terrible No input is listened or appreciated from a property level. People who have never worked in the market make all the decisions You are just a number to them They seem to support and promote incompetence

This company has spread itself too thin financially. They can’t pay vendors on time leading to low inventory in all departments and bad business relationships. They drag their feet on renovation deadlines given by the brands they represent. Expensive benefits Low wages for employees which effects retention and well being. HR is a joke at this company. No one knows who in HR to speak too and when you reach that person, they don’t seem to know how to do their job. Quite possibly cause they are overworked from the company budgetting with hiring more/better people. Working for this company can be character building from the constant day to day slog. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully they will get on top of their financials.
