good bonus structure Definitely learn a lot of good skills Fast growth of the company

Dishonest "people first" message They don't hold high-level people accountable for bad actions Career growth is determined by how well you are liked by certain people Success is only achieved if you set aside your personal life/needs You are expected to do five different jobs under the guise of "growth opportunity"

Worst management Ever! Everyone yet No One is the "Boss". Communication is Awful. Bad management equals bad team work. The list goes on and on. I was "promoted" but only 2 days a week and then threatened to have it taken away because I asked questions.
