Get to do others work when they are laid off

Cons

Until you are laid off. Management uses 1980's style of thinking. They adjust the strategic metrics by laying people off and subcontracting to India to me measures. Just as long as leadership meet their KPIs for their bonuses.

The day to day people you'll work with are very invested in improving the health and experience of our members.

Cons

Upper management is disconnected from the realities of lower management tiers. They seem to be full of themselves as well. They recently gaslighted everyone regarding working from home flexibility, where it was previously stated they were implementing a "permanent, work from anywhere policy". In the recent all hands meeting they said they in no way implied the policy wouldn't change.
