Pros

Remote work, weekly pay, benefits, growth/opportunity within. If you make it that far.

Cons

LACK OF COMMUNICATION, POOR TIME MANAGEMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE. Management/Supervisors/Union Reps., take hours/days to respond if at all. Or someone other than your direct supervisor will reach out to you. However, they immediately reach out to you for disciplinary actions. Union Reps are only given an hour or so during orientation to distribute the 103-page book and obtain signatures that it was received. Other than that, you are on your own. *** ALL OF THE ABOVE IS CONSISTENT WITH THE FIRST STATEMENT *** THE END RESULT IS EMLOYEE FAILURE, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, AND TERMINATION. *** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ***
