Pros

Jeans. And it's pretty sad that the only thing I can think of is the fact that the companied allowed jeans. Pros used to be bonus, work from home, home/life balance, location and cutting edge company.

Cons

Decisions are made based on metrics. It doesn't matter if the decision hurts the customer or the client. Off sourcing has taken a dark turn. When management's mantra is 'perhaps you should find another job' instead of listening to the employees, there is a problem. Bonuses have been removed. Work from home has been virtually eliminated. Employees are not replaced when they leave; work is merely spread among those who are left. Fear is palatable and there is a nasty 'us against them' mentality when it comes to management. I never felt as if management would ever listen to anything I said no matter how much I documented it (And I did.) My manager once called me on the carpet because I didn't answer my phone after work. I explained to him that I had put on my calendar that I would be unavailable and that there should have been a backup. He said it didn't matter. When my phone rings, I am responsible for answering it no matter what. That pretty much says it all about how much they now care about your home life.

Pros

NONE - more Indians than Americans now and a company IN INDIA doing heath care processing

Cons

we know inside the company that management has been told to come to glassdoor and post fake reviews to try to drown out the real reviews of employees.

Pros

good health insurance, fitness center, doctor, pharmacy, nice cafeteria on site

Cons

Frustrating environment for IT professionals who want to do quality work. New procedures and policies announced weekly, often contradictory. Very toxic and chaotic, low employee morale. Push to move as much work offshore as possible. No time allowed for documentation or training. More and more meaningless admin work required, leaving little time for project work. Experienced SMEs pushed out door leaving no one to advise on complicated systems and train new hires. Systems in chaos with lots of defects, not enough staff who know what they're doing. More job cuts coming.
