Benefits are good..used to be better but lost a lot including PTO days and holidays. That Is About ALL I Can Say.

Cons

Stressful, forever changing culture, can't retain, Methodologies of lean does not work. No work home life balance and they don't care. The thought is if you don't like or conform you can leave. No job security, expect you to work 12 hr days and 7 days a week. You can never take your vacation. They don't care about the employees. The health that they promote is only for the public because you are lucky if you make it to the bathroom Meetings are schedule at 6:30 am until 7pm including through lunch.

None- they have all been taking away. We use to have flexibility in our work schedule. Now they want you to give your life and you get nothing in return. Not even a thank you.

Cons

Lack of SR leadership. I have been with this company almost 20 years now and they are taking everything away little by little. The president of HMHS is turning this company into a horrible place to work. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Highmark use to be a great place to work however Mr. Ray has ruined that.

It is a Healthcare company that tries to improve peoples lives.

Cons

It is by far the worst company I worked for in my 25 year career. They do not value employees at all. No training, no development. They treat people as expendable, dime a dozen, commodities.
