Pros
Tons of great reasons to work at Hightower, but top of my list: - I get to work with amazing people who are smart and driven and come from a wide range of backgrounds. Most employees are veterans of successful tech startups or the world of Commercial Real Estate - It is incredibly exciting to be a part of a small company that is growing so fast! I get to perform many roles outside of my usual function on a product team, including anything from helping setup for parties and events, to helping with marketing and messaging to our customers. - Strong sense of community among the team. We do a lot of fun events outside of work. - Paid lunch at any place I want everyday! And we have a sweet office in Soho. - Other cool benefits like paid transportation, etc. - Getting to work with people I love!
Cons
I don't have much if anything negative to say about Hightower, but maybe I'd say that we are growing rapidly and have to be flexible and willing to adapt as our company and process grows.
