Pros

Hightower has built an amazing team. The product is great. The business is growing like gangbusters. The team and their +1's went to Costa Rica in June 2014 for a weeklong "workaway", and then to Killington Vermont where we rented an entire lodge for a weekend in January 2015. There's a strong culture of continuous improvement and working together. The office location, on Grand and Lafayette in SoHo, is perfect.

Cons

The office is cramped! But we're moving in May 2015 to a larger space.

Pros

I just started at Hightower a little while back and I can tell you without a doubt it is the best work environment I have ever been in. You get to work with brilliant people on a product that has a real shot at changing an industry. Everything is collegial and I honestly consider my coworkers friends. From ski trips to a fully stocked fridge to paid lunches, they take of their employees. Just the best place.

Cons

So far I really haven't had any. Everything's a little cramped as we're outgrowing our current offices, but that's a good thing! Just happy working here.

Pros

Smart, young, and fun team. Everyone really wants to see the company grow and lead the industry. The founders are incredibly smart and incredibly approachable. No big egos. Great perks.

Cons

We have outgrown our office space. A good problem to have but I think everyone is ready to have more breathing space.
