      Zero supervision. Work from home,

      Your manager is in another state. You feel like you are left out on an island and all alone. They will push you and push you and push you to do more. My compensation was okay but my mental health was not okay. I was working 15 hours a day most of the time and weekends just to stay afloat. Quantity over quality is what they strive for. I was rarely ever able to take PTO due to poor management. We were ALWAYS short staffed.

      Pros

      None...hated it from day one! All they want to do is buy agencies, gain control and then push you out the door.

      Cons

      Unorganized, unprofessional, no room for growth. Very much a "what have you done for me today" mantra. No training, no back up, technical knowledge is not important.
