WORST BOSS EVER. Boss refused to wear a mask, stated that covid was not a big deal/“hoax”, did not tell other workers when a coworker was sick or exposed to covid, refused to quarantine after vacations, holidays, traveling out of state, etc., did not allow employees to quarantine after big holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving. Boss handled the pandemic HORRIBLY. As for the job duties.. There’s no direction whatsoever. They expect you to just know what to do with your time and give out the most random tasks. The tasks are generally things other people don’t want to do so if you want to avoid doing everyone else’s busy work try to look busy or you’ll get piled up with other people’s work. There was no title that fit this position because it was just random tedious work.
