Working from home, but they are trying to stop that with an office that has no P&C employees anyway.

Cons

Bad Management. Hilb does nothing but buy old mom and pop agencies and then watches them die No prospects No producers Zero care for employees or clients

There ar lots of resources at Hilb. There are some very knowledgeable leaders.

Cons

Management is very heavilty weighted with men. Women earn much less than women for same roles. The workload is overwhelming. New hgires with less experience earn much more than cyrrebt enployees in the same roles with same expereince.
